- Manage & maintain bizSAFE and ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001 management systems including relevant communication links to other internal units as well as external units within the group.
- Mandatory to possess working knowledge and experience in dealing with owners of refinery, petrochemical plants, shipyards, etc regarding their safety requirements, policies and procedures, process and system
- Prepare internal audit plan & internal audit report and present to steering committee during MRM.
- Follow up QUENSH objectives with relevant function to set up KPIs to support and measure these objectives.
- Control the issuance/distribution of documents related to all 3 management systems.
- Advise on all aspect of health, safety, environmental and quality regarding best practices, legislative and customer requirements in line with ISO management systems.
- Involve in all aspects of training, development of procedures and giving advice and guidance in relation to ISO management systems requirement linked to health, safety, environmental and quality.
- Identify, assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes and recommend reasonably practicable measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person
- Provide & implement measures to minimize risk
- Active participation in all kinds of safety meeting and visit requested by clients.
- Liaise with dormitory operators on employees’ dormitory and personal hygiene and other related issues
