**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible to create marketing technical content - such as writing, copy-editing and proof-reading for different communication initiatives
- Working closely with Marketing Communications team to develop, optimize and manage the content to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales and customer retention
- Research background information, data, audience insights, ways to reduce roadblocks to be used throughout content.
- Craft compelling marketing technical content, including website landing pages, ebooks, brochure, guides, how-to presentation and video tutorials
- Create corporate content eg. Local office news, press articles, corporate presentation, regional branding video
- Work with the digital teams to drive targeted traffic to website with optimized web content; digital ads copy
- Work alongside the product launch, country marcom, design and event teams to create videos and social content
- Ensuring that SEO strategies are effectively implemented
- Assist in conduct market research and customer segmentation analysis
- Assist in monitor and report on competitor communication activities and content strategy
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned
