**Scope of Work**
- Responsible for the Profitability of the Business Unit
- Maintain positive cash flow and timely recovery from debtors.
- Selection of the required equipment and the chemicals for the Chemical Cleaning and Decontamination projects.
- Work with the Sales team during the bid stage to assess the bid from the technical/quality and HSE points of view.
- Prepare tenders, job preparation, JSA’s, method statement and work schedules, etc for clients.
- Attend pre-tender and pre-job visits.
- Develop the engineering knowledge of the team by advising on training and other learning needs and opportunities as well as by directly mentoring and training individuals.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the key customers within the region.
- Oversee activities of teams such as engineer, supervisors and technicians during execution of chemical cleaning and various other industrial maintenance services as required.
- Experienced in managing and executing of industrial services such as industrial chemical cleaning (degreasing, cleaning, passivation etc.), vapor phase decontamination etc
- Collate customer feedbacks & ensure all area of improvements mentioned by customers are addressed
- Manage all projects in accordance to their schedules provided by CR3 management
- Address issues such as cost, clarification, justification & communication pertaining to lost or damaged equipment, machine or materials.
- Ensure all documents for project such as timesheet, QA/QC documents, job completion certificates, expense reconciliations and job closure reports are completely filled-in prior to filing
- Resolve all audit findings within their stipulated timeframe
- Assist HSSEQ manager on incident investigation & submission of safety performance records
- Perform site safety audits and general inspections on job execution
- Conform to all rules and regulations concerning HSE matters, company procedure, work instruction, local regulations and guidelines.
- Perform work as assigned by management.
- Comply with all company rules, policies, procedures and work instruction as applicable to the duty.
