**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team at **Cleaning Otters Pte. Ltd**. The Cleaning Assistant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at client sites, including homes, offices, and commercial properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other facilities.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and maintained in good condition.
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines while using cleaning chemicals.
- Report any damages, repairs, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
- Complete assigned tasks within scheduled time frames.

**Requirements**:

- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 10kg.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays if required.
