**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide expert advice on company products and services to help clients make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to better serve clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Client Advisor, Account Manager, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Sales-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- CFA; CFP (preferred but not required)
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
