**Roles & Responsibilities**

**APAC Liquidity Management, Balance sheet management (SVP)**

**The position reports to the APAC Liquidity Management Services (LMS) Balance Sheet Head. The role will be responsible for end-to-end Balance-sheet management, partnering with Sales and countries to deliver Treasury and Trade Services (TTS) solution to clients covering Liquidity, Fees & FX, formulating strategy around on deposit pricing, Revenue growth initiatives & building governance around the same. The role provides the individual the opportunity to work closely with network included with global, regional and country stakeholders as well as have exposure with functional partners.**

**This role plays is critical in creating balance sheet value in terms of delivery of quality deposit products to client franchise, ensuring we adhere to Citi policies as well as work on several balance sheet optimization initiatives to improve our returns to shareholders. Further, it provides tremendous leadership opportunity to work with 15 countries in the network as well as Global balance sheet management team including treasury and finance.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to setting Balance-sheet and pricing strategy, ensuring alignment across the network (Countries & Global)
- Supporting new business growth, by:

- Close partnership with TTS Sales and Banking team partners to maximize revenue growth and balance sheet requirements.
- **Maximizing Transfer Pricing through appropriate SYC & hedge strategy implementation**:

- Developing Strategies to generate new business opportunities and revenue.
- Project Development - ability to lead projects, develop growth roadmaps, partnership with functional teams, and ensure successful completion of various product initiatives.
- Subject matter expert to our partner, clients & Countries on the balance-sheet set.
- **Budgeting/planning for the LMS business across $160Bn of deposits across 15 countries**:

- **Drive Revenue, Balance Sheet and Spread Optimization initiatives**:

- **Deliver insightful analytics that drive balance sheet management in line with regulatory requirement**:

- **Drive Client level insight through Competition Benchmarking**:

- **Engage in Digitalization and Insightful Analytics projects**:

- Work closely with functional partners in Risk, Legal and Compliance to ensure new regulations and impacts are fully understood, documented appropriately and acted upon efficiently in a timely manner.

**Knowledge/Experience**:

- Minimum 7 years experience in banking, product management
- **Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree**:

- Banking knowledge, including knowledge of Treasury and Trade Services product and Liquidity product knowledge desired.
- Experience managing complex projects end-to-end - partnering with technology and business partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills - with proficiency with Microsoft Power point
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail, highly organized and strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast paced environment.
- **Very Strong analytical and technical skills; Excellent excel skills required; Proficient MS Access skills desirable**
