**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist in project coordination, installation and site operation
- Manage and supervise on-site activities and monitor the installation is in accordance with plan, schedule and relevant regulations
- Supervise electrical and mechanical installation works of subcontractors
- To verify subcontracting works as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works
- Provide support in reviewing electrical/mechanical drawings and ensure site installation based on the required specification
- Support testing and commissioning activities for electrical and mechanical cablings
- Ensure that inspections and testing of the electrical distribution equipment and tools are carried out according to statutory requirements
- Work closely with respective Project Engineers on the project requirements and deliverables related to all site matters
- Responsible for the on-time and manage budget for the smooth delivery of projects.
- Ensure proper project management disciplines, structure and processes to drive scope estimation, prioritization and delivery of the project.
- Liaise and coordinate with the technical team, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and customers with regards to the implementation of the project.
- Assist in project delivery targets and support projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
- Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures
- Ensure safety procedures are well implemented and safety guidelines are being followed

**Job Requirements**
- Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling systems integration installation
- Have some experience in managing subcontractors and technicians.
- Mechanical & Engineering or Construction background.
- Ability to work independently and resourceful with good initiatives and foster customer relationship.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer orientation
- Good team player who is committed, result-oriented & assertive.
