Singapore Search Personnel Full time

**Position : Assistant Accountant**:

- **Location : Pioneer
- Company transport from Jurong East**:

- **Working hours : 5 days (Monday -Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm)**:

- **Salary : Up to $4700 (Depend on experience) + AWS + VB + Dental/Optical (Cap at $400)**:

- **Duration : Permanent**:

- **Industry : Property management -Listed Company**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage a full spectrum of financial accounting and consolidation, banking and administrative matters
- Prepare monthly and statutory consolidated financial statements including financial and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly site reports and variance analysis to Management
- Prepare annual budgets and analysis
- Manage the status over accounts receivables collection and doubtful debts provision
- Liaise with operations, customers, suppliers, auditor, tax agents & bankers, whenever needed
- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse and enhance the effectiveness of financial systems and control
- Handle treasury and cash management activities
- Assist on any ad-hoc accounts or administration duties

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting
- Strong in internal control review
- Min 2 years accounting / auditing experience
- **Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications**
