**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and lead execution of transfer pricing policy and ensure effective strategy execution with the support from country team
- Initiate, lead, develop and execute global transfer pricing strategy, in accordance with the overall group strategy
- Work with the business team and finance team to understand the business model and design the transfer pricing policies in line with our business models;
- Propose planning opportunities based on HR Guidelines and global transfer pricing guidelines
- Collaborate and lead projects in relation to transfer pricing, as well as manage the documentation and benchmarking
- Assess changes in the country transfer pricing requirements and consistently keep business and finance teams up to date with changes in requirements
- Provide support to the businesses to help value creation and help the business to achieve financial targets

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree or above in any discipline and/or relevant Postgraduate/Professional Qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics, Finance or Law
- Experienced and energetic finance professional with a passion to make a difference
- Demonstrate ability to develop relationships across an enterprise in a heavily matrixed environment
- Motivated and ambitious professionals with at least 10 years of Transfer Pricing experience in consulting or large complex multinational corporation
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment
- Excellent analytical skills
- A team player with an open mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
