So Representative

As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the management and execution of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will need to be responsible for leading a team to materialize the master programme, project execution plan, defining key project targets (i.e., timeline, cost, quality, resources, construction pipelines and EHS), and managing contractual site progress efficiently. In the process, you will have to work closely with stakeholders such as contractors and consultants to ensure that assigned projects meet authority requirements/compliance and are completed on time, safely, within budget and of the highest quality. You will establish and refine risk, safety, and quality control policies and processes in alignment with industry standards and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Good degree in Engineering or related fields, preferably recognized by Professional Engineers Board
- At least 20 years of experience in the construction industry, of which preferably 5 years in airfield and 5 years in construction management.
- Prior experience in performing the role of a S.O Representative or similar capacity in past project(s) and experienced in contract administration and management using PSSCOC.
- Strong experience in project management and coordination.
- Able to lead a team in delivering key project milestones in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Able to understand technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels. 
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.

This position is a 3-year contract with possibility of renewal.
