
Service Operation Manager

**Job scope**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Work with End Users and Account Managers to align post-sales expectations.
- Coordinate with service teams and Account Managers to gather all necessary details, proactively addressing any gaps.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with key accounts.
- Partner with the Sales Team to grow post-sales revenue.
- Oversee service delivery operations for local and regional clients.
- Enhance customer service processes, policies, and standards.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address them.
- Drive business growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
- Review and manage customer service agreements.
- Ensure service levels meet or exceed performance standards.
- Resolve client complaints by liaising with relevant departments for timely solutions.Support leadership in executing strategic growth initiatives.We wish you all the best in your career search.
