Description:
1. Require a Product owner with hands-on experience in AI/ML Chatbot and Voice bot, Contact

Centre Transform tools like LivePerson, Genesys & Gen AI

2. Good Experience in Server-side languages like NodeJS, Python.

3. Experience in Pre-sales to handle RFPs & opportunities for solutioning and estimation

4. Understand Current Technical Landscape and extensive experience in Contact Center

Ecosystems

5. Design and Development of Target State Architecture - Propose, Review and Finalize

architecture design

6. Meet project objectives, providing systems that operate in a cost-effective manner

7. Technically hands-on in all solution to develop and also support post launch like Triaging and

debugging issues and giving solutions.

9. Good Understand with database such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.

10. Strong knowledge in conversational design, integrating chatbots with backend systems

through RESTful services

11. Experience with restful services, SOAP.

12. Experience with chatbot & voice development and hands-on experience in Dialogflow,

Microsoft CLU, AWS LEX

13. Hands-on on Contact Centre development platform like Genesys, LivePerson, Twilio.

14. Experience in using versioning tools like GIT, BitBucket, SVN.

15. Great organizational and time management skills.

16. Good Experience with Cloud hosting and storages in both AWS and Azure Cloud

17. Familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce, MS Dynamics

18. Hands-on Experience in Design and Development in Front End Technologies and

Frameworks like Angular, React JS.

19. Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams

20. Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX)

21. Implemented of security and data protection

22. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
