**RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will manage key visitor touch points of the various gated attractions, as well as the transportation and mobility of the visitors within the Gardens. You will implement visitor management plans and processes and ensure a pleasant and wholesome experience for all visitors. You will respond swiftly to incidents and emergencies and work closely with the business and events teams to facilitate programmes and events within the Gardens. You will also oversee the ticketing operations team and work with business units to attract new and repeat visitors through planning and implementing innovative ticketing and promotions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a tourist attraction or related industry
- Ability to manage, supervise, and deploy a frontline team with robust teamwork
- Resourceful and dynamic with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant and friendly disposition, with the ability to remain customer-oriented under challenging situations
- Creative, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
