**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain good housekeeping of working areas and keep track of the equipment
- Liaising with freight forwards and customers, to ensure that testing materials are delivered on time and accurately
- Monitor inventory and schedule requisition of materials
- Accurate documentations of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Perform receiving of goods into the system and record batch and serial number when required
- Run periodic cycle count and stock take
- Purchasing and liaison with suppliers
- Plan & manage fulfilling contract from Order Entry
- Ensure PO validation, compliance & approval

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant studies
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Logistics Management and Inventory matters
- Computer literate: MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook
- Experience in analyzing and tracking expenses.]
- Knowledge in shipping procedures and documentation for customs clearance
- Good understanding of local and cross-border import/export rules and regulations
