**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist project leaders in servicing an existing portfolio of SGX-listed and privately-owned companies to help them achieve their IR/PR objectives
- Regular communication with C-Suite executives to understand their IR/PR objectives in order to plan or refine their IR/PR roadmap accordingly
- Prepare relevant communication collateral, which includes corporate presentations, factsheets, press releases, website information and quarterly/yearly financial reports, that incorporates our clients’ positioning and key messages
- Co-develop and execute IR/PR strategies on a case-by-case basis effectively based on the clients’ requirements among the targeted audience of analysts, investors and media
- Organise and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, media interviews for clients
- Proactively seek out media feature opportunities, be it corporate or personality profiling to improve clients’ publicity and awareness in Singapore and the region
- Carry out media monitoring for clients’ and to prepare summary reports of IR-related activities
- Contribute to Group level corporate projects, such as ESG initiatives research on macro/industry-level ESG developments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or Accounting
- Good English and Chinese business writing and verbal communication abilities
- Able to multi-task, work under time pressure and provide consistent high quality work
- Previous experience as a journalist or sell-side analyst is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with proactive altitude and willing to make an impact are welcomed
