**Assistant General Manager**
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to manage, plan and coordinate the operations of the company for business development.
Description:
- Responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing business strategies, plans and procedures to assist in company growth.
- Assist in expansion activities.
- Develop and seek good rapport with partners through strong personal networking.
- Monitor the market’s needs and wants to drive company revenue.
- Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data.
- Provide solutions to issues that may arise.
- Provide secretarial support to the director.
- Make appointments and travel arrangements for the director.
- Reply the Director’s messages, even after working hours.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned.
**Requirements**:
- At least Diploma in Business Administration / Management.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to converse and write in Mandarin, to communicate with the Director and liaise with third-party vendors in China.
- Able to travel overseas with the Director for work.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skill.
- Meticulous, resourceful, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Devoted to work and do not mind working overtime.
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business management: 5 years (preferred)
