**Responsibilities**:

- Achieving monthly sales target
- Recommend services and treatments to patients, based on their needs and doctors' input.
- Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments
- Understand patient's skin conditions and skin concerns.
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality.
- Work together with Management and Aesthetic Doctors to achieve company goals
- Monitor and evaluate ways to meet monthly sales targets
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records, and cashiering.
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality
- Maintain excellent after-sales relationships with customers.
- Provide advice on procedure downtime, pre-and post-care guide
- Assist other team members as needed and perform all other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Experience must be in Aesthetic Clinic or beauty salon
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to provide recommendation of products and treatments to English and Mandarin speaking customers)
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
