**Responsibilities**:
**KOL/speaker management and development**
- Be responsible for the coordination and alignment of educational events and speaker deployment on a regional level - aiming to maximise synergies.
- Build and utilize existing (internal and external) KOL/speaker development programs together in close alignment with Senior Management.
- Function as the go-to person for KOL/speaker management, as well as the development and grooming of new speakers.
- Prepare and actively build a network of Implant professionals across the APAC region that will function as an organizational roof for a broader network of study groups.
- Act as the gatekeeper for key speakers and KOLs in the APAC region as well as the interface to other regional T&E managers and HQ.

**Internal Training**
- You will be responsible for the budgeting, activity planning, implementation, and evaluation of all internal training activities on a regional level.
- You will work closely with colleagues from global HQ and the APAC regional team to coordinate trainings in relation to introduction of new products, solutions, or systems.
- You will prepare and coordinate global training offerings and, if needed, participate as well.

**Customer Education (external)**
- Following established curricula (both internal and external), you are responsible for the implementation of Customer Education programs for the Implants portfolio.
- In response to new product launches and system upgrades, you will work closely with colleagues from global HQ and the APAC regional team.
- This includes budgeting, activity planning, implementation, and evaluation of all conducted Customer Education activities.
- Closely work with country organizations on proper and timely follow-up activities and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Coach and monitor the implementation of yearly, quarterly, and monthly plan for all Customer Education activities with ROI measurement

**Skills and Competencies**

**Education / Professional Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare/medical device industry (Dental industry a plus)
- Experience in setting up a course system for medical products
- Experience to organize seminars, training courses or similar events
- Marketing, T&E experience a plus

**Personal Competencies**
- Excellent communication skills (internally and with customers)
- English (Business level) a must
- Interpersonal and presentation skills
- Training and Coaching skills
- Well-organized and structured
- Comfortable to interact with different stakeholders and customers
- Target orientated
- PC skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
