**Role**:Draftsperson / Project Coordinator

This role requires a highly self-motivated and well-organized individual with meticulous attention to detail. The Draftsperson / Project Coordinator will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering design drawings, floorplans, and other drawing-related tasks, as well as coordinating project activities to ensure efficient and timely execution.

Primary Role: Draftsperson

**Tasks**:

- Responsible for producing technical 2D and 3D drawings, including part drawings, assembly drawings, combine services drawings, and shopfloor drawings.
- Collaborate with project team, suppliers, and clients for any revisions/amendments of drawings.
- Ensure all drawing creation, amendment, receiving, transmittal, recording, and disposal follows statutory regulations.
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout the drafting process, including organizing and managing electronic and hard copy files, ensuring version control, and keeping track of revisions and updates to drawings.
- Attend site surveys and take relevant measurements to translate into drawings.
- Prepare necessary calculations pertaining to design work.

Secondary Role: Project Coordinator

**Tasks**:

- Assist project team in project planning and deployment.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide backend support with project documentation and paperwork, including filing, organizing, and maintaining project-related documents, submitting necessary forms, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of documentation.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or any other related studies.
- Proficient in Inventor/ Autodesk Revit & Inventor.
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project is an added advantage.
- 1 year of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience in Project Management is an added advantage.
- 5-day work week.
- Ability to converse and write in English.

This role will be responsible for both technical drawing tasks and project coordination activities, ensuring a well-rounded professional experience.
