CGH envisions a patient-centric, data driven and technology-enabled healthcare facility to better empower patients and to drive a seamless experience for patients. You will assist in managing the optimization of infrastructure capacity within CGH as well as driving initiatives or re-defining processes that will enhance the existing and future patient journey and care delivery for patients at CGH Campus.

Your involvement in project planning will range from forecasting of infrastructure growth needs, identifying optimal site locations based upon the long-term Campus Masterplan, seeking approvals for infrastructure growth and associated funding, to working with relevant stakeholders on new initiatives and optimising cross-department flows (e.g. of patients, staff and logistics).

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist supervisor in managing high impact transformational improvement projects that are aligned to CGH’s and SingHealth’s strategies and priorities through new ideas and strategies co-creating with stakeholders, not limited to the use of digital solutions, operational analytics and streamlining of work processes
- Review and update forecasted workload projections as and when required, as well as rationalise allocation of space according to hospital needs
- Work with stakeholders to conceptualise plans for future capacity under existing infrastructure while future proofing long-term needs for other projects
- Liaise with MOH to seek funding and approval for infrastructure projects as and when required
- Work with the Remodelling project team and FD to align user requirements with the Campus Master Plan and SingHealth cluster’s future healthcare direction, to design around new models of care and the future patient journey.
- Provide in-depth support to projects selected by management, in line with the task set by management
- Ensure proper project documentation
- Any other duties assigned from time to time

**Job Requirements**

**Requirements**:

- Good recognised Degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare
- Experience in public policy planning, infrastructure planning, healthcare planning or healthcare operations will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and good team player
- Good presentation skills and writing skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or any other relevant CAD programme will be an advantage
- Independent and possess initiative to drive tasks and projects assigned to timely completion
- Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
