Singapore Four Leaves Pte Ltd Full time

**⊹ Working Location**: 37 Chin Bee Crescent **(Near Boon Lay/ Lakeside MRT station)**

**⊹ Work Schedule**: 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM **(with overtime as needed)**

**⊹ Work-Rest Cycle**: 4 days on duty, 1 day off **(repeating schedule)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, and prepare ingredients (e.g., vegetables) following recipes and production schedules.
- Cook ingredients to required temperatures, adhering to food safety standards and proper cooking techniques.
- Assemble sandwiches accurately, maintaining portion control, recipe consistency, and presentation standards.
- Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring proper sealing, labeling, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation; clean equipment and surfaces before, during, and after shifts.
- Follow proper waste disposal protocols to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in receiving and storing ingredients, enforcing FIFO **(First In, First Out)** stock rotation.
- Work efficiently with production team members to meet daily output goals.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights **(up to 20kg)**, and perform tasks requiring bending and reaching.
- Able to work early morning shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
