**What you will be working on**
- The Active Health Team Lead (Planning & Partnerships) reports to the Division Head, Active Health and will be part of the Sport Development Group. He/She manages a team and oversees the smooth running of Active Health planning and budgeting cycles and milestone projects, including the engagement of key industry and healthcare partners, as we enable citizens to embark on their health and wellness journey through an evidence-based approach.
We are looking for someone who is attuned to national priorities and the needs of different segment population ranging from children, youths, working adults, seniors to the medically at-risk to conceptualise and develop viable business strategies to enhance the health and wellness knowledge and adoption of the community.
Role and Responsibilities
- To work with Division Head, Strategy Group and internal stakeholders to provide inputs, develop and align plans and integrative effort
- To assist Division Head in reviewing and improving Active Health’s strategic planning processes and work streams including providing inputs and garnering insights from observing ground operations
- To identify Active Health’s strengths and gaps within the Singapore health and wellbeing ecosystem, while developing business strategies to advance narratives.
- To partner with business units and core narrative owners in aligning strategic intent and operation excellence
- To identify and recommend strategic platforms to advance SportSG’s thought leadership in health and wellness
- To analyse and recommend stakeholder mapping in order to build mindshare and for purpose of resourcing, programming scaling / outreach and narratives building for respective work streams
- To develop a tiered stakeholder engagement framework and maintain relationships with key partners and advance collaborative opportunities and efforts with Healthier SG, health tech and other industry and community players
- To review progress and provide annual, mid-year and quarterly KPI updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders and funders
- To set up and align processes with ActiveSG, Engagement and PDD teams to enable members to effectively operationalise nexus platforms and to track impact of our work streams and traction of our narratives among key stakeholders
- To work closely with finance team to maintain visibility of budget utilisation and resource allocation
- To oversee preparation of dashboards and insights presentations to stakeholders, with strong focus on narratives and key success stories
- To lead and work with Team Leads within the Division in preparation of Division Planning & Sharing Day
- To track outcomes for key Active Health initiatives for both national and precinct level programmes (through annual survey, programme evaluation etc.)

- We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.

- A Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration / Finance / Mass Communications
- At least 10 years of proven experience and/or track record in relevant areas, e.g. Business Administration, Strategic Planning and/or Marketing and Communications related field
- Strong familiarity with strategic planning and budgeting cycles
- Strong familiarity with healthcare partners narratives and programmatic efforts
- Experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams and taskforces
- Knowledge and experience in statistical analysis (e.g. R software) and data visualisation (e.g. Tableau) will be an advantage
- Strong work ethics, self-driven and a fast learner
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and partners
- Excellent communication skills and possess a keen eye for details
- Comfortable with handling numbers and dashboards for reporting
