The Senior Safety Executive/ Safety Executive (Quality Assurance and Resilience) will play a crucial role in supporting the Safety Manager with the implementation and monitoring of Jetstar Asia's quality assurance program. He/she will also be responsible for conducting internal and external audits to support the Jetstar Asia's Quality Assurance program and contribute to the renewal of Jetstar Asia’s IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) certification.

Additionally, he/she is responsible for maintaining training records related to crisis management and quality management, as well as contributing to the development of training programs in these areas. He/ she will also be accountable for ensuring the regular review and upkeep of the Quality Management System (QMS) manual and the Group Crisis Management Plan (GCMP) along with the corresponding Station Emergency Response Plans (SERPs).

Reporting to the **Safety Manager (Quality Assurance and Resilience) **your key responsibilities include:

- Implementing and Monitoring Quality Assurance Program:

- Working closely with the Safety Manager to support the implementation and monitoring of the quality assurance program, ensuring compliance with company, Group, and international standards, such as IOSA standards.
- Conducting Audits:

- Conducting both internal and external audits to support Jetstar Asia's Quality Assurance program, ensuring adherence to established standards and identifying areas for improvement.
- Upkeep of Training Records (Quality and Crisis Management):

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records related to Quality and Crisis Management
- Ensuring compliance with training requirements set by regulatory authorities and industry standards.
- Development of Training Programs:

- Contributing to the development of training programs in crisis and quality management, ensuring effective training initiatives to enhance safety and operational excellence.
- Quality Management System (QMS) and Crisis Management:

- Taking responsibility for the regular review and upkeep of the Quality Management System (QMS) manual.
- Reviewing and maintaining the Group Crisis Management Plan (GCMP) along with the corresponding Station Emergency Response Plans (SERPs).
- Other Quality and Crisis Management Duties
- Maintain and monitor internal database of completed audit reports
- Maintain and monitor records relating to crisis management.
- Back up secretary duties for the Audit Committee Meeting
- Any other reasonable duties assigned.
- Minimum diploma qualification.
- Proficient knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Experience in conducting audits, with prior experience in aviation safety audits being an advantage.
- Preferably with certification or relevant training in audits such as IOSA, ISAGO, or ISO.
- Experience in maintaining training records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork.
- Willingness and ability to travel for overseas station audits.
