**Reports to**: Senior Brand and Marketing Executive
The executive will be involved in:
- Craft compelling content that speaks to the research and buying needs of customers. Educate on the value proposition of our products and their ecosystem stories and evolve brand voice and content standards across different channels
- Work with the Senior Brand Marketing Executive, Learning Experience Manager on tactically establishing and executing content pillars to drive success in the programs
- Execute content marketing programs for all our products that appeal to the different learnings needs of specific customer segments through copywriting
- Maintain a calendar of content that syncs with the overall marketing strategy and product launch line-up
- Automate operational processes and liaise with agencies for content creation work i.e. freelance writers, podcast and video team
- Analyse, understand and share learnings from experimentation to build a strong knowledge base for a content marketing playbook with best practices
- Drive community engagement and growth in our social media and alumnus community
- Managing asset library and leads generation from content marketing
- Assist in the logístical and admin support of marketing events e.g. monthly webinars
