**Job Purpose**

Manage the day-to-day HR functions in the Branch including recruitment & staffing, benefits and learning & development, HR compliance, performance management, employee relations and other HR daily operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support and guidance to line managers on a wide range of HR matters such as talent acquisition, benefits and learning & development, employee relations, performance management, compliance and the successful execution of HR programs and initiatives
- Drive the recruitment with the line managers, handle the end-to-end recruitment which includes sourcing, interviewing, offer and negotiation
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle, HR operations, talent acquisition, HR policies as well as compensation & benefits and outsourced vendors
- Review HR policies and procedures and employee benefits
- Work with the Head Office on the annual job matching and budgeting exercise
- Support manager on their training needs analysis to identify and provide training solution to employees
- Ensure that the HR functions are carried out in compliance with the Bank’s policies and the local regulatory authorities.
- Assist with organizing staff events to improve employee engagement

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 7 years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience supporting leaders within financial services
- HR experience across the full spectrum of HR in talent acquisition and management, learning and development, employee relations and HR operations
- Possess high market awareness of the latest development of employment practices and learning & development requirements preferably in the private banking
- Able to deal with ambiguity, resourceful and proactive
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively with high attention to details and accuracy
