**Cafe Service Staff (Full-time & Part-time) - Job Description**:
**Cafe Service Staff Duties & Responsibilities**:

**Customer-oriented Approach**:

- Provide positive customer experiences with proactive gestures such as greeting customers and responding to customer feedback and questions
- Ensure menu offerings are in stock with the kitchen and also following up on customers’ orders
- Serving of food & beverage items to customers
- Genuinely concerned about the customer experience as a whole
- Inform, provide and suggest to customers the various add-ons and promotions going on
- You're able to speak the language of the customers (Fluent in English + 1 mother tongue)

**Working with Digital Systems**:

- Order-taking using iPad-based POS system
- Processing of payments using POS system and various payment terminals (Credit Card, GrabPay, FavePay, ShopeePay, etc.)
- Operating of POS system for user membership activities such as redemption of points, earning of points, etc.

**Keeping Thing Running**:

- Maintain cleanliness and perform general cleaning - the kitchen is handled by the kitchen crew, the customer area is yours
- Follow company SOP's at all times and always be a team player
- Perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned

**The Nitty Gritty Stuff**:
**Requirements**:

- Positive service mindset and dynamic attitude
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work shifts (we do _NOT _have late-night shift), weekends and Public Holidays (Off-in-Lieu for full time)

**Plus Points**:
**Part-Time**

$8 - $15/hr excluding allowance

**Full time**

$1888 to $2888/monthly
- AWS at the end of the year (pro-rated for the first year of service)
- Variable bonuses which is pegged to the performance of the Company as a whole
