We are a social enterprise cafe serving quality food at good price.
- This position of Cafe Service Supervisor will report to the Cafe Manager. He or She will support the Cafe Manager in overseeing day-to-day front of house operations to deliver a high level of service for our guests.

He or she will be responsible for providing supervision to a team of service staff on the following areas- Welcome and settle down guests according to standards.
- Taking food and drinks order and to provide recommendations where needed.
- Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff.
- Support Cafe Manager in administrative duties including, dealing with vendors, staff roster, billing, daily report and duty assignments.
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus.
- Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage team of staff under supervision, including supporting staff members who are from special needs background.
- Conduct briefing and updates to the staff.
- Carry out regular checks of all areas of the cafe to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times and the functionality of all facilities.
- To perform any other appropriate duties and responsibility as assigned by the Cafe Manage
