Administering and maintaining RHEL Unix environments for optimal performance and security.
- Managing Red Hat Satellite Server for patch management and configuration.
- Using Ansible Tower to automate tasks and deployments.
- Implementing and maintaining system hardening guidelines.
- Regularly updating and patching systems.
- Responding to and resolving system incidents and issues.
- Managing system changes according to change management protocols.
- Providing on-call support as needed.
- Assisting other teams with Linux/Unix systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Maintaining accurate documentation.
- Preparing reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a RHEL Unix Administrator (VMware experience a plus).
- Strong experience with Ansible Tower and Red Hat Satellite Server.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux system hardening and security best practices.
- Experience in incident and change management.
- Ability to provide 24/7 support as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
