**Responsibilities**:
a) to in still good customer service practices and mindsets within the operations team as well as

3rd party service providers like security and cleaners;
b) to strategize and plan the Group Property Management Business strategies such as crisis

management, operational efficiency of all M&E equipment as well as the general maintenance

of the Group Property Management Business;
c) to oversee and plan the security system and protocol for the Group Property Management

Business;
d) to manage and oversee the schedule of hygiene and cleanliness of the Group Property

Management Business;
e) to manage and oversee the maintenance schedule and optimize the efficiency and

effectiveness of the building's M&E equipment, including fuel kiosks supporting Group’s fleet

of vehicles;
f) to manage and oversee ensure fire safety management and schedules are in place;
g) to prepare operational and maintenance reports, calling, evaluating tenders or quotations and

putting up recommendations for approval;
h) to negotiate and prepare service contracts as well as manage renewals:
i) to facilitate any fit-out works, reinstatement works as well as asset enhancement works at the

Group Property Management Business;
j) to work closely with team of officers and supervise technicians as required;
k) to ensure compliance with SOPs in the different areas of work; and

l) to assist the Senior Facilities Manager and Leasing Department of the Company in his/her dayto
- day operations.

m) to carry out any ad hoc relevant duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by

the Company.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a relevant diploma/certification in Building/Real Estate/Facilities Management or a related Engineering discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experiences and knowledge of property/facility management, as well as procurement of property management services.
- Experience in fuel kiosk operations will be an added advantage.
- Possess sound knowledge of building M&E systems.
- Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills and good computer literacy
