**What's This Role Really Like?**

Responsible for the overall Bancassurance Financial management including:

- Bancassurance budgeting lead
- Bancassurance Monthly, Quarterly and Annual forecasting incl. liaising with Finance and various products leads/ DFO
- Bancassurance Production / Acquisition analysis A vs. E
- Bancassurance Monthly meeting report management
- Quarter Close pack preparation
- Monthly production report / narrative
- Monthly report coordination
- Production Metrics monitoring and reporting

Any other adhoc financial reporting

**Areas of Responsibility**

Execution - Financial Management
- Develop structure and reports to proactively and effectively manage Bancassurance Financial Management requirements.
- Provide advice and guidance to local Bancassurance Heads/Managers to ensure reporting requirements are understood and delivered within timelines.
- Makes recommendations to Bancassurance Management and local Finance on areas of improvements and business.

Collaboration
- Working closely with Bancassurance Managers, CFO, Management Reporting Manager (Finance) and Finance team. Other interactions would include Regional DFO/Regional Bancassurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues at both regional and country level. Develop and provide reporting frame work and requirements for Regional Bancassurance

Audit / Compliance
- Assist in performing peer review audits when necessary.

Others
- Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
- Perform adhoc financial reporting requirement

**Technical Knowledge & Behavioral Skills**
- Proficient with Microsoft Access or having database knowledge would be an advantage
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to demonstrate high degree of credibility and influence among stakeholders supported
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently on assignment of moderate to high complexity
- Ability to work with a large diverse group of stakeholders.

**Relevant Experience**
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a business, analytical or financial role.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and projection
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review financial reports and forecasts
- Identify the trends in financial performance
