Technical Support Specialist

Singapore PRISM+ Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling technical enquiries on PRISM+ Aircon products to customer and relevant department
- Respond to customers' queries on aircon related matters and provide technical information
- Troubleshoot system failures and provide technical solutions to customer
- Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference
- Offer timely technical support and teach customers how to utilize the products correctly
- Maintain existing stocks list (spare parts, RMAs, etc)
- Technical reporting and analysis on the products

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Good knowledge of Building Control Acts and all Regulations Authority of Singapore
- Good knowledge of computer programmes
- Adaptable and able to work in fast paced environment
- Tenacious with good communication skills
