As our
**Social Media and Partnerships Intern** for Singapore, you will be working on influencer and partnerships marketing channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define Zenyum’s KOL and Social Media Partnerships channels strategy.
- Optimize our collaboration framework with influencers and other channels to develop a communication plan in coordination with the brand strategy.
- Execute and control a plan while delivering on key metrics for the influencer and partnerships channels.
- You are also free to explore and potentially hack any additional channels to reach and engage our customers, helping them smile more.
- Working together with our global team, you will create and optimize brand and campaign related content that drives engagement and performance and plan the campaign and content calendar.
- Measure outcomes every day and iterate your strategy where necessary.

- Team: Enjoy working in a team with the Marketing Lead, Social Media Manager and several Junior Executives.
- Influencer Channel: Love to initiate and execute influencer-oriented brand and marketing strategies across each marketing channel through various formats.
- Target: Identify key influencer profiles and joint content development strategy to drive both influencer and Zenyum’s brand awareness, engagement and conversion metrics.
- Engage: Reach out to and negotiate with influencers, define contract-based agreements and manage their smile journey with Zenyum. Identify potential re-engagements touch points with existing influencers.
- Amplify: Leverage influencer platform to enhance Zenyum's brand visibility and preference through their owned media, generate diverse content (blog, TikTok, YouTube, IG, FB, Live-broadcasting... ), and empower local marketing campaigns.
- Community: Build long-term relationships with influencers, including but not limited to maintaining online groups, interpersonal interactions, physical gatherings and workshops.
- Create: Keep abreast of emerging trends and competitors' influencer strategy and lead the brainstorming of new and creative approaches to Zenyum's influencer program.
- Track: Organize and document the effectiveness and learnings for SG market to exchange and collaborate with influencer marketer in other markets with a mission to build an international influencer ecosystem for the Zenyum brand. Organise and update trackers and creative assets.
- Social media savvy and have strong interest in influencer or partnership marketing.
- Strong communication, and relationship management skill sets.
