As a Early Childhood / Lead EC Teacher, you will be responsible for the learning and development of children in the 2.5 to 7 years age group. You will manage a class of preschoolers in delivering the programs with the aim of developing the children to their full potential in a fun and enriching learning environment. Your key responsibilities include
- Plan and deliver programs that facilititate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom in accordance to the curriculum
- Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child
- Prepare age appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs
- Communicate with parents via the Communications Book.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher meetings
- Organise field trips and other learning activities
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (DPT / DPL or equivalent) or
- Certificate in early Chilhood Education with Experiece or
- Degree from a recognised University
- Good English Communications skills (written and oral)
