**Salary from Up to SGD 14,000 per month ($10,600 per month)**

We are looking for **Restaurant General Manager** to run the operation of a Two-**Michelin Star Restaurant,** which combines traditional and modern cuisine

**Things you will be doing as a Restaurant General Manager**:

- Manage the day-to-day restaurant operation
- Plan, coordinate, and manage staff, ensuring efficient and effective restaurant operations
- Liaise with the management team to ensure both short
- and long-term goals are met
- Hiring, training, and developing employees
- Respond to guest comments, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify opportunities and continuously improve performance

**You will be a great fit if you have**:

- A background in Michelin operations as a General Manager
- More than Five years of management experience in both FOH and culinary teams
- At least two years in a destination Asian Fine dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of Spirits and Wine
- Strong data analytic skills
- Tracked record of financial performance
- Team-oriented approach with a mindset of open communications
