**Roles and Responsibilities for Asset Integrity Engineer**
- Corrosion under pipe supports (CUPS) inspections.
- Corrosionn under Insulation (CUI) inspections.
- Atmospheric corrosion inspections.
- Towers, Drums, Exchangers, Furnaces etc External & Internal Visual inspections
- Injectionpoint Mix points inspections, Dead leg & Stagnant Zones inspections.
- Material verification fit up inspection, visual inspection during shutdown or Turn around.
- Monitoring welder’s rejection rate.
- Monitoring & Evaluating NDT Reports during maintenance, shutdown & turnaround.
- Performing Hydrostatic pressure test and Pneumatic test inspection of test package and preparing punch list and classifying items as per their criticality.
- Preparation & Evaluation of Job packs.
- Lead and supervise a group of inspectors and technicians to safely execute inspections activities to meet ExxonMobil / Shell standards.
- Conduct inspection activities and monitor job progress, coordinate with multifunctional teams for the removal of barriers that impede the safe, efficient, and effective execution of the work.
- Assist Inspection Planner in job schedule plan development and identify and implement productivity and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Aware of Exxon GP, GIP, Shell standards.
- Hands on exprience on inspection of Pressure vessel and piping.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Certified API 510,API 570,API 653,API 571,API 936 is required
- Welding Inspector Certificate CSWIP 3.1 is required.
- Aware of Exxon Global inspection practice, Global practice standards, Shell standards.
- Exxon Mobil / Shell Plant experience is preferred.
- Must have minimum 9 plus years of overall working experience in oil & gas sector.
- Must have a minimum 4 years of QA/QC roles in relevant industries.
- Knowledge of NDT inspection techniques - Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic particle Testing, Radiography Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Phase Array Ultrasonic Testing, & Tube testing techniques (ASNT or PCN Certificates preferred)
- Inspection in Pressure vessel and piping.
