**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities

You will oversee the general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, and facilities in our Serviced Residence. You will have close collaborations with colleagues from the different departments including Guest Service and Housekeeping to provide a smooth and pleasant stay for all our residents. You will report directly to the Engineering Department Manager or Assistant Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain good physical conditions of the building and ventilation are of good working condition.
- Conduct general maintenance works such as painting, patching of walls, plumbing facilities, air-conditioning servicing, electrical switches, and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance measures.
- Check and inspect the building's machinery and equipment.
- Respond to and prioritize maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents' requests to ensure they receive quality service and furnishings.
- Perform related tasks as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Attained at least a NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Aircon Maintenance, or an equivalent vocational qualification.
- Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance-related technical skills.
- Willingness to perform shift work.
