**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Support BD team in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and track deadlines.
- Coordinate and manage marketing events e.g. workshops, training, conferences and provide regular updates for marketing activities e.g. Linkedin, website.
- Prepare updates, reports and presentations as needed.
- Conduct marketing research on industry, competition, technology to share with teams.
- Consolidate industry news to share regularly with teams.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents and proposals where required.
- Support internal teams and external partners to gather required information and ensure timely delivery of tender submissions.
- Maintain and organize tender documentation, templates, and records.

**Job Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Support BD team in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and track deadlines.
