**TASKS**:
Work closely with the production side to maintain strong synergies to prevent out of stocks and understand what is being fermented and when.

Working closely with the Brewer and Operations team, your duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) ensuring the brewery runs smoothly by executing daily tasks such as:

- Oversee incoming and outgoing orders logistics.
- Manage dry goods stock.
- Assist/lead when needed with the bottling and packing of product.
- Instruct and assist when needed the brewery team on daily cleaning tasks to be executed.
- Monitor production plans with brewer to maintain quantity and quality and accomplish current and future schedules.
- Promote and encourage safe working practices through training, coaching, and auditing of team members.
- Identify areas to improve operations.
- Monitor of all critical control points to ensure consistency and quality.
- Plan and execute/oversee preventative maintenance work in area of responsibility.
- Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are being followed and update them where necessary.
- Ensure that quality and safety standards are met.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Mechanically Inclined: Equipment doesn’t always work as it should. You will be taught how to troubleshoot issues and make on-site adjustments/repairs. Eventually doing it yourself.
- Physically Fit: Lifting, coordination, and endurance. You’ll need to be able to carry 25 kilos, assist with moving heavy items, stay on your feet for a day, and perform other physical tasks.
- Quality Focused: quality is priority no. 1. This is how we offer a superior experience for our customers.
- Attention to Detail - you are the last person to see the product before it goes out. You must make sure we maintain a consistent product and is up to manufacturing standards.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The team member is occasionally exposed to a variety of conditions at the job site including loud noise, high and low temperatures and small working areas. Physical demands:

- Ability to continuously stand or walk.
- Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently.
- Ability to lift up-to 25kg occasionally.
