**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the QA Department, setting QA goals and objectives
- Ensure proper methods of inspection and test-sampling techniques are used
- Conduct planning of quality assurance systems, inspection procedures and criteria for all existing and new products
- Participate in quality improvement activities
- Disseminate quality requirements from Account Management and customers to the concerned departments
- Withhold further processing of products/stop production and delivery of non-conforming products
- Investigate or assist in solving quality-related faults/problems and initiate recommendations/provide solutions for improvement
- Review quality performance levels, initiate appropriate actions in collaboration with Production
- Organise and undertake responsibility for internal periodical/ad-hoc process audits
- Conduct Internal Audits of QMS and coordinate auditing activities
- Conduct MRB reviews with respective heads of departments and disposition of non-conformances
- Representative of ISO9001 Quality Management System
- Carry out assessments of Suppliers/Sub-Contractors for source qualifications
- Initiate and conduct reviews with management team
- Review and approve Quality Procedures, Work Instructions (WIs) and Records
- Provide training to QA personnel on their job functions
- Generate quality reports for management and customers
- Support new process setup qualifications
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
- Comply with the requirements set in Quality Management System; FSC COC Management System; ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Environmental, Health & Safety Management System, ISO 22301 BCM Management System and any other management systems deem related to this industry
