**The Role & Where You Come In**:
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who’s passionate about quality and precision to join us. You’ll be the key to ensuring our advanced materials meet the highest standards—from R&D through production.
- Ensure product quality through hands-on inspections
- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment for consistent, reliable results
- Work with R&D and production teams to troubleshoot and solve quality issues
- Drive root cause analysis and implement CAPA
- Support validation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years in QA/QC, ideally in a lab or manufacturing environment
- Skilled in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems
- Familiar with ISO standards, lab instruments, and documentation practices
- Comfortable in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
