Floor Supervisor

**Ipanema World Music Bar** is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead our energetic service crew team.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will ensure smooth floor operations, and create a fun and seamless experience for our patrons where the energy of live music meets the rhythm of our delicious food.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee smooth service and operations alongside the Front of House Team while ensuring a clean and inviting space, and prioritize patron safety and hygiene.
- Coordinate with staff to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient food and drink delivery while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, while also resolving work-related issues in a positive and professional manner.
- Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service, fostering a collaborative work environment. This includes providing on-the-job training.
- Ensure adherence to strict cleanliness and hygiene protocols, partner with Logistics and Procurement for optimal inventory levels.
- Support managers to uphold service excellence through staff feedback, standard enforcement, administrative tasks, scheduling, and resolving complex guest issues.

**Required Academic Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum "O" Level with strong written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English.
- Prior supervisory experience within hospitality industry

**Work Environment**: Primarily within our establishment, but occasional assistance may be required at sister locations.
