- Assist Product Owners in problem-solving and implementing solutions that improve processes and journeys in credit origination
- Advance the innovation and digital culture of OCBC
- Prepare content for stakeholder presentations
- Participate and contribute to design meetings
- Conduct in-depth testing of new products and features
- Analyse data files and provide feedback on areas for improvement
