Fpso Installation Lead

**Our Client is a Fortune 500 Company and is one of the largest integrated refiners, marketer of petroleum products and chemical manufacturers in the world.
Work Pattern: The position will be based in Metropolis, Buonavista on a 5x10 schedule and then move to Seatrium Yard on a 6x10 schedule.

**MAIN FUNCTIONS**
- The Installation Lead will coordinate with construction yard and integration planning on UARU FPSO planned for offshore Guyana.
- Provide necessary expertise to support the integration campaign (planning and execution)
- Coordinate resources (SME’s) in support of contractor developed detailed integration planning, including enablement work scopes to be executed at the topsides fabrication and hull sites
- Provide leadership to ensure that the HSSE & Quality Plans are understood and implemented by all Site project personnel assigned to the role
- Ensure that construction procedures and specifications are followed as per contractual requirements
- Manage Discipline Construction Superintendents

**SCOPE OF WORK
Planning
- Coordinate with all construction yards on the progress, communication, and alignment of module/hull integration readiness and planning
- Oversight and monitoring of contractor development of integration plans (eg. module/equipment lifting campaign plan, testing plans, detailed integration planning, contracting, SIMOPS, etc.)
- Interface and engage with SME’s to support contractor (marine/marine engineering, transportation, lifting, etc.)
- Coordinate with commissioning and operations teams on integration/commissioning transition
- Incorporate lessons learnt from previous integration campaigns into integration planning

Execution
- Ensure that construction/integration plans, procedures and specifications are followed as per contractual and deliverable requirements
- Resolve all day-today technical clarifications issued by the integration yard
- Escalate integration issues to the Integration/Construction Manager when deemed necessary
- Monitor the performance of the integration yard (including satellite yards/locations) and ascertain that construction, quality, schedule and cost targets are met
- Monitor progress and if necessary, implement recovery measures
- Ensure reporting concerning construction/completion activities is accurate and timely submitted to the Integration Manager
- Ensure engineering and procurement changes are reviewed and assessed by the relevant construction disciplines and advise Delivery Managers.
- Ensure that module and hull fabrication yards provide clear status of all piping and other items required for integration are timely fabricated and stored within the modules or bagged and tagged elsewhere
- Coordinate documentation and planning of any carryover work scopes from topsides or hull fabrication (engineering, materials, execution hours/disciplines, etc.)

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 10+ years total experience (including module hook-up or integration planning/execution experience)
