**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to broaden our market reach.
- Cultivate new client relationships to drive business expansion.
- Engage actively in sales and marketing activities to spot potential opportunities and open new markets, including making cold calls, scheduling meetings, and generating leads.
- Organize and oversee marketing initiatives, activities, and events including promotions and advertisements.
- Take part in public relations efforts and media relations to elevate public presence and brand recognition.
- Address and manage customer feedback, complaints, and conflicts efficiently.
- Drive to meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Compile and deliver monthly performance reports for management review.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Holds a Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Exhibits outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong connections with clients and effective communication at all levels.
- Capable of autonomous operation with mínimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and confident in managing corporate client interactions, with adept presentation skills.
- Team-oriented, contributing to team cohesion and efficiency.
- Maintains high ethical standards and confidentiality in all professional undertakings.
