We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive our growth further.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and prospect new business opportunities in the wrecking and demolition sector.
- Present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Provide timely feedback to the management regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive data.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Prepare and deliver accurate reports on sales activities and forecasts.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
