**Then come and join our global team as Junior Country Consultant (8-month contract) to improve operational processes and support our Customer Service Asia Pacific team.
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will improve Operational Excellence and End-to-End Service Process for Asia-Pacific (AP) countries with the help of Maturity Assessments
- You will provide strategic support to Customer Service Management Team
- You will implement Business and Quality Compliance Model together with country organization
- You will implement Transformation initiatives and solutions within AP countries
- You will optimize current service process landscape to meet customer demands across multiple geographies
- Digitalization Design for business processes and implantation of Robot Process Automation or Data Analytic solutions
- You will develop Business and Quality Compliance Model with Pilot countries, incl. benchmarking
- You will implement the above-mentioned responsibilities across countries in South East Asia
- Part of the SGP program on-site/overseas eight-month assignment

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Successfully completed university degree (Master’s degree) in management, technology or engineering sciences
- Experience in Enterprise organization within Healthcare industry is essential
- Prior worked experience with Siemens Healthineers Customer Service process and business is preferred

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You have work experience in Healthcare and related processes understanding
- You possess expertise in technologies, algorithms, and methodologies in the areas of Data Analytics
- You have knowledge of analytics with structured and unstructured data; solid understanding of ETL and Visualization technologies and tools
- You possess strong presentation and communication skills to present technical and business relevant insights at different levels of the organization
- Fluent English and German skills are required
- Proficiency in Windows and Office Tool suite
