**Company Introduction**

The TWO company focus on global investment and make investments in IT companies, public equity, foreign exchange, gold, real estate property and other assets in different countries.

Apart from investment, the German entrepreneur also owns companies doing business in areas of e-commerce business and fintech, blockchain and cryptocurrency business.

The owner of the company TWO is based in Singapore, a German entrepreneur and investor.

**Responsibilities**:

- The main duty for this role is assistance for the Chairman, including personal assistant, office administrative and HR related work like recruitment.
- The secondary duty is ensuring the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis.
- Acting as the Chairman first point of contact with people from both internal and external the organization.
- Handle recruitment, help to collect resumes and arrange interviews.
- Screening enquiries and requests to the Chairman and handling them with appropriate prioritize action.
- Organizing and attending meetings with the Chairman and ensuring well preparation and follow up of meetings.
- Carrying out specific projects and tasks assigned by the Chairman.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or above degree.
- Customer service experience preferred, Filipino language is a plus.
- Flexible and able to handle muti-task at same time.
- Good knowledge and experience in finance/admin/HR would be a big advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
- Well organized, independent & able to work under pressure.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
