**Job Description & Requirements**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring all Staff are performing their duties satisfactorily and according to the set policies and guidelines of the Gallery
- Daily deployment of Staff
- Working closely with the Gallery in the development of SOPs and guidelines;
- Continuously reviewing SOPs and processes to maximize efficiency and quality delivery
- Performing service recovery
- Conducting regular operational audits and service audits and sharing reports of such audits with Gallery
- Regulating and ensuring all rules and regulations, SOPs, project Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Good spoken and written English
- IT literate (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
