We are an interior fit-out company and currently hiring for an experienced CAD drafter. He/ she will be responsible to collect all drawings, data, and taking notes involved in a tender or project, draft layout plans, draft construction drawings (specifying dimensions, codes, production methods, and materials) as well as site survey at the beginning stage.
- Collaborate with business development and designer to provide test fit layout for potential prospects.
- Collaborate with designer and provide construction layout plans and construction detailed drawings.
- He/ she must be able to produce quality 2D/ 3D drawings from scratch using CAD/ Sketch up software.
- He / she must have the ability to spot any discrepancy between the actual site and drawings provided and highlight this to the team.
- Prepare drawing schedule and update on revision drawing number promptly.

**Job Qualifications/ Requirements**
- Proficient of AutoCAD software and Sketch up.
- 2 to 5 years of related works experience.
- Proven track record and credibility.
- He/ she has a good time management and planning.
- Good communication skills, meticulous, able to work in team and also independently.
- Experience in interior fit out industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software i.e., MS power point, excel spreadsheet, Words and Outlook.
