**Minimum Qualification**:
- Possess at least the minimum qualifications in Private Education Regulations S26
- at least three (3) years of teaching experience or with relevant industry experience
Those with potential but without the relevant experience will work under supervision.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Carry out teaching and related duties
- Manage, supervise, and administer the internship / industrial attachment programme
- Counselling & Pastoral Care
- Classroom Observation and Internal Verification of assessment
**Job Scope:
**Committee Involvement**:
- Involvement in Academic / Examination Board - Assist in the preparation and organization of Board meetings
- Involvement in Curriculum Committee - Participate as member in the planning, implementation and review of curriculum design and development of all courses
- Involvement in Academic Meetings - Participate to ensure successful conduct of Academic Meetings
**Academic Duties**:
- Administration
- Provide Counselling and take necessary intervention steps; Assess English Placement Test scripts;
- Assist to organize Student Development and Career Readiness (SDCR) activities;
- Carry out Class Observation when required
- Teaching - Carry out teaching duties not more than 30 hours per week and other related duties and to complete the necessary documentation on time
- Internship - Work with Assistant Mgr / Mgr or Coordinator (internship) to ensure successful implementation of the internship programme
- Internal Audits - Participate as Internal Verifier
- External Audits - Participate in the preparation for external audits and resolution of issues arising therefrom
- Training - Continual Professional Development hours shall be achieved according to target set.
